When you book with Lamont Luxury, you deal with Connor directly. He reviews every request, chats with you in the app, does the work, and sends the invoice. No call centre, no hand-offs.

Straightforward hourly pricing.
Every job starts with a 2-hour minimum, then bills in 30-minute increments. Your exact price for each time shows when you pick a slot in the booking app.
Not included in the hourly rate: materials, materials markup, disposal, and any time beyond the 2-hour minimum. Materials are charged at what we paid for them including sales tax, plus a 20% markup. Everything is added to your final invoice and listed line by line.
Outside our usual area? Connor will still consider jobs further from Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest, and travel time may be added to the price. Get family, friends or neighbors nearby to book on the same day, and he may be able to reduce the travel charge or drop it altogether.
Paying: Zelle and cash cost you nothing extra. Card payments carry the card processor's fee, passed on at what it costs us. Invoices are due on receipt, and a balance still unpaid after 30 days carries a late charge of 1.5% a month.
